Skin & spa therapist, part-time

NAP is a growing skincare and wellness space, grounded in presence, simplicity, and care. We work from our own New Aesthetic Philosophy. We don't follow fixed routines, we follow clinical thinking, and our therapists adjust every treatment as it happens. No two are quite the same.

That also means the work here is broader than facials. People come to us for skin treatments and peels, for facial and full-body massage, for wellness and stress relief, and for lashes and brows. Some come before a wedding, some while they are pregnant, and some simply to sleep for 80 minutes. We're now ready to welcome a new team member who shares our philosophy and values.

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing personalized treatments based on our treatment philosophy, including facials, chemical peels, facial massage, and more
• Giving body and relaxation massage as part of our wellness treatments
• Creating a safe, relaxing, and welcoming space for every client
• Offering honest, thoughtful product recommendations
• Supporting the daily rhythm at NAP, from prepping the room to creating beautiful client experiences

You are:

• Trained, or training, in skincare, spa or massage therapy. Certified, newly graduated, or still studying, all three are welcome
• Passionate about skin health and the power of human touch
• Caring, positive, and naturally warm in your way of being
• Someone who brings good energy into the room
• Curious, grounded, and open to learning and growing with us
• Already living in Sweden, with the legal right to work here
• Able to get to our studio in Kungsholmen on the days we agree, since none of this work can be done remotely

If you are still studying, this is a part-time place to get real hands on real skin while you finish.

The role:

• Part-time, hourly, on a schedule we agree in advance
• Occasional weekend work is expected
• English-speaking
• Kungsholmen, Stockholm
• Start date: Flexible
