Transport Administrator

Receive and handle incoming calls, emails and customer/driver enquiries.

Assist with coordination with the traffic/dispatch department: for example, schedule changes and communication with drivers and customers.

Maintain records and databases: vehicles, insurance, licences, driver and staff documentation.

Carry out ongoing office administration: filing, ordering taxi car supplies, following up on service agreements.

Prepare basic reports and documentation: number of journeys, vehicle availability, customer feedback.

Ensure that internal procedures and external regulations are followed (vehicle inspections, insurance, etc.).

Take part in onboarding new drivers/support staff: document handling and induction.

Handle all costs, invoices and payments.
