Role overview
We are looking for an experienced product developer of electronic systems. This person will join the product and technology team in Gothenburg. Our customers operate in the automotive, defence, industrial technology, embedded systems and Medtech sectors. The role is for a versatile electronics engineer with skills in PCB design.
Main responsibilities
Take part in and lead electronic hardware design projects from concept to production, including circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout design, transfer to manufacturing, testing and documentation. Be part of or lead the hardware development team and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Skills and qualifications
Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience from electronics development projects
Good knowledge of PCB development and design tools such as Altium, Cadence, etc.
Experience developing microprocessor-controlled hardware
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and designs to colleagues across disciplines
Experience managing suppliers locally and abroad
Ability to work independently
Good social and organisational skills
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
