I’m Saga, and as a Swede who has spent many years living abroad, I know what it's like living as an expat in a foreign country and wanting to keep up with what’s going on. Especially when you’re still learning the language! I grew up on a farm in a small town in Sweden, but I’ve lived and worked in Japan, France, China, New Zealand and Italy. I have a background in literature and politics, and I love writing! I have been a freelance writer for almost five years. On my spare time I enjoy reading classical literature, hiking, yoga, renovating my house and making videos about it on my YouTube-channel @SagaJohanna. I live together with my New Zealand (another expat) husband, and senior cat Chris (who’s know also an expat having lived in two countries).
