Støre also thanks outgoing Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) for "close and good cooperation" and says he now "looks forward to further developing the strong cooperation" between the countries.
Spain's Social Democratic Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez writes on X that after four years of right-wing rule, the Swedes are once again investing "in the welfare state, social justice and the green agenda". He wishes Andersson good luck in forming "a progressive government".
