The MP party secretary meets journalists outside the Riksdag on Thursday. The vote count is still underway, but everything points to an opposition victory once the election results are clear.
Wissing says the party has received an invitation to a joint meeting with the opposition parties. But she does not want to say when the meeting will take place.

Want to be in government
MP has advocated a four-party government, as it would provide more stability. Wissing now reiterates that “all four parties are needed.” At the same time, she emphasizes that the negotiations will determine which parties will ultimately be included.
On one point she is crystal clear.
We see ourselves as an obvious part of a red-green government, she says.
For MP, climate issues are the most important in the upcoming government negotiations.
The red-green parties have set various red lines against cooperating with each other, and there are also contradictions on various substantive issues.
I don't think it will be a problem, we have agreed before, says Wissing.
Unclear C answer
The Centre Party, which has a red line against allowing V into a government, does not want to answer whether party leader Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist will go to the meeting.
"We are in contact with several parties, but we do not comment on which ones or in what way," writes C's press service.
In another part of Stockholm, the Moderate Party's board met. Several ministers passed by on their way in, including Minister of Justice Gunnar Strömmer, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maria Malmer Stenergard and Minister of Migration Johan Forssell. The agenda includes discussing the election results and the way forward.
The opposition's lead is unchanged from yesterday, 176 to 173 seats. The question is when and if Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson will submit his resignation to the Speaker.
An announcement is only expected after the Election Authority has presented the final preliminary election results, which is expected to happen later today.
