"After more than two decades of building and leading the restaurant, I have decided to step aside," Redzepi writes on Instagram.

The head chef is accused, among other things, of stabbing employees with barbecue forks to punish them and of hitting an employee because the employee accidentally left a mark on a flower petal with tweezers.
Noma opened in Copenhagen in 2003. The restaurant has received three Michelin stars and has been named the world's best restaurant five times.
