SVT has conducted an investigation that shows several garments from authorities with clear logos and emblems have been for sale on the site. This despite the fact that, according to Sellpy's terms, uniforms and items from the police force, security companies or other security-related activities may not be sold.

The sale of service uniforms can be criminal, says an expert to SVT.

The police and the Prison and Probation Service only lend service uniforms to employees and they are to be returned when the person leaves.

If you do not own your service uniforms yourself, it is typically a crime to sell them, says Gustaf Almkvist, university lecturer in criminal law.

Sellpy can also commit a crime by selling the clothes.

It can constitute receiving stolen goods to sell something that constitutes stolen goods.
