S wants to see a law to stop the privatization of "systemically important healthcare".
The Moderates (M) want to tighten the care guarantee from the current 90 days to 30 days. Regions that do not offer care in a timely manner should be forced to pay for care in another region. Patients should also have the right to choose care throughout the country.
The Sweden Democrats (SD) want the state to take over responsibility for health care in the long term. Resources should be linked to requirements. Administration should be reduced and more money should go to staff and patient meetings. The party wants to establish a new form of state psychiatric homes.
The Center Party (C) wants to give everyone a permanent doctor. C has launched a form of care that it calls “rural doctors” with small doctor-run practices. The party wants to make it easier for patients to compare care and waiting times via 1177. They want to offer internet-based therapy (iKBT) in all regions for help with minor ailments.
The Christian Democrats (KD) are going to the polls on abolishing the country's 21 regions and nationalising healthcare. More people should have a permanent doctor, the healthcare guarantee should be tightened, psychiatric care should be reformed and a national digital infrastructure should be established. All healthcare centres should offer digital care.
The Left Party (V) wants to significantly increase state subsidies, stop privatization in welfare and exclude profit-making actors from public procurement. Every health centre should be able to offer psychological support. More outreach work should be done in socially disadvantaged areas. Private health insurance should not give priority in public healthcare.
The Liberals (L) want to give everyone the right to a permanently named doctor. Every child who visits BUP should have the right to a personal healthcare contact. Longer opening hours at health centres, more clinics and emergency rooms.
The Green Party (MP) wants to increase government subsidies and strengthen primary care so that more people have regular contact with healthcare. Mental health should be given the same high priority as physical health. Publicly funded care should not be combined with private health insurance.
