The social democratic Labour Party is the largest party with 28.1 percent when 99 percent of the votes are counted.
The Labour Party has had a positive trend since the turn of the year where they have doubled their support since the last election. They seem to be making a good election result despite having had the prime minister role, says Tobias Baudin.
The Right, Norway's equivalent to The Moderate Party, is declining while the right-wing populist Progress Party, Norway's equivalent to the Sweden Democrats, is moving strongly forward.
We see the same tendencies in Sweden as well.
A large part of the red-green's election success, Tobias Baudin attributes to the fact that they have focused on the major social problems, such as school, healthcare and the country's economy.
It seems to have paid off, he says.
It also shows that you can focus on the country's economy and ordinary people at the same time. If it goes well for Norway, it goes well for the citizens. This is rewarded by the voters and we will take that with us.
