Other new names in the leadership are Ylva Mozis, group leader for The Liberals in Vallentuna, Pär Gustafsson, chairman of The Liberals Västsverige, and Torkild Strandberg, chairman of The Liberals Skåne.
"It feels fun to build my team. After the summer, there is one year left until the election and for us liberals, there is no other alternative than to drive hard and secure a strong mandate for liberal politics in the 2026 election", says party leader Simona Mohamsson in a press release.
Mohamsson took office as new party leader as recently as Tuesday after her predecessor Johan Pehrson. The day after, Fredrik Brange was appointed new party secretary.
