The Danske Bank is raising the list rates on mortgages with interest rate binding periods between one and ten years, according to the bank's website.
The one-year rate is being raised, for example, by 0.05 percentage points, while the three-year rate is being raised by 0.10 percentage points to 3.68 percent. This can be compared to the increase in the ten-year rate, which is now at 4.29 percent, an increase of 0.30 percentage points.
The variable three-month rate is being left unchanged at the same time. Last week, the state-owned SBAB also announced that it would be raising its list rates.
