The visual design of the lettering that SD is using in its election campaign is "almost identical" to the company Fjällräven's font and graphic style.
That is the company’s own view, and it is now accusing SD of violating the Copyright Act, reports Expressen.
This summer, Fjällräven reportedly sent a letter to the SD party office, demanding that the campaign change its font and design it in a way that was less similar to Fjällräven's.
SD did not respond. Fjällräven has now hired legal counsel to pursue its demands and will, if they are not met, “take legal action,” according to a letter obtained by Expressen.
SD sees Fjällräven's views as "trashy", Mattias Bäckström Johansson, SD party secretary, told the newspaper.
