In light of the tense situation surrounding Greenland, Lars Løkke Rasmussen is going on a tour to visit close allies.
The trip begins in Oslo today, before continuing to London on Monday and Stockholm on Thursday. Løkke Rasmussen will meet with the foreign ministers of those countries and discuss security in the Arctic, according to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"In a turbulent and unpredictable world, Denmark needs close friends and allies. These are Norway, the United Kingdom and Sweden, and I will use my meetings to thank them for the great support the Kingdom has received in a difficult time," the Foreign Minister said in a press release.
"What our countries have in common is that we all agree that NATO's role in the Arctic must be strengthened, and I look forward to discussing how."
