The former leader of the Swedish league Los Suecos in Spain has his sentence reduced by the Court of Appeal. The man is sentenced to ten years in prison – two years less than in the district court – for, among other things, smuggling over 50 kilos of cocaine to Denmark.
The 27-year-old leader was previously convicted of aiding and abetting a murder on the Spanish sun coast and was extradited to Sweden almost two years ago.
The man wanted the crimes to be considered as one offense involving a total of 55 kilos of cocaine. However, the Court of Appeal for Skåne and Blekinge follows the same line as the district court and convicts him of five separate crimes.
The man has lived a large part of his life in Sweden, but is a Danish citizen and will be deported for life after serving his sentence.
