Education Minister Johan Pehrson (L) has on several occasions failed to report shareholdings to the Government Offices, something all ministers are legally required to do, reports Sveriges Radio Ekot.
It concerns holdings in the betting company Betsson and the engineering companies Sandvik and Atlas Copco.
Pehrson's staff claims that it is a mistake.
The ministers' share deals have attracted attention lately, since Ekot revealed that both Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard (M) and Labour Market Minister Mats Persson (L) have carried out questionable share deals related to political decisions they had proximity to.
Johan Pehrson announced on Monday that he will resign as leader of The Liberals in June.
