Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Monday decided to restore connectivity to international networks to the same status that existed before January 8, when the internet was shut down.
However, the judiciary has overturned the decision and closed the presidential body responsible for it.
At the same time, data on Tuesday shows that internet connectivity has been partially restored to just over 30 percent of normal levels, according to network monitor NetBlocks.
NetBlocks points out it is unclear whether the limited connectivity will last. The internet has been blocked in the country for 88 days - the longest shutdown ever.
