"Taking into account natural attrition and the phasing out of external consultants, it is estimated that approximately 50 employees will be affected. The changes are subject to customary union negotiations," writes Hemnet.
The measures are expected to reduce operating costs by SEK 80-85 million per year, and restructuring costs are estimated to be a one-time item of SEK 30-35 million in the fourth quarter of this year.
Hemnet's shares have fallen by 63 percent on the Stockholm Stock Exchange since the turn of the year.
