Google is preparing to make changes to its advertising services after the EU threatened with billion fines, writes Bloomberg.

Sources to the news agency state at the same time that the company avoids having to completely sell its advertising service. They also say that there is still a risk that the company will not be finished with its proposal for measures within the deadline that the EU has given.

It was earlier in September that the EU threatened with a fine of equivalent to 33.9 billion kronor to Google for having favored its own advertising services. The Commission then gave the company 60 days to present measures.
