Fatal school shootings have occurred in Sweden far too many times, according to Busch. The government has now appointed a school shooting commission.
It is quite clear that we need to move the front line of how we protect children online, says Busch.
According to her, it is both about protection against being exposed to threats and hatred and protection against being recruited into destructive and violent extremist environments on social media.
Then you can think about which children, with which background, should have free access to the internet and social media and under what circumstances? There will be such a difficult and important discussion.
She also praises the police's quick intervention.
"Brave police officers who fired live rounds and were thus able to interrupt ongoing deadly violence. More children would have lost their lives if that hadn't happened," she says.
