Djurgården could take their third straight win and continue on the good form the team has shown lately.

The home team took the lead in the 23rd minute. Rasmus Schüller made a pass that HBK goalkeeper Tim Erlandsson dropped into his own goal.

Just a minute later, Halmstad equalized with a header from Villiam Granath.

"Not enough"

The score was 1-1 at halftime and Schüller was not satisfied with his team's performance. The Finnish midfielder wanted to see a change after halftime.

Everyone must take themselves by the neck. There are more percentages in each of us. What we deliver now is not enough, he said in Max's broadcast.

There was no improvement and the draw at halftime also became the final result. Despite Djurgården getting to play with one man more towards the end after a red card for Halmstad's Rami Kaib.

Djurgården's team captain Marcus Danielson was disappointed after the match.

We are not good enough to win today, unfortunately. It must absolutely look better here at home, he says in Max's broadcast and continues:

We are too uneven in our performances. The lowest level needs to be higher, that's how it is.

Djurgården remains in seventh place in the table. Halmstad is twelfth.

Hanging on at the top

In parallel with the match in Stockholm, Häcken hosted Elfsborg at Bravida Arena in Göteborg.

There, Elfsborg took an important three points and hung on in the Allsvenskan top struggle.

Substitute Ari Sigurpalsson reached the highest on Arber Zeneli's pass and headed in 1-0 for the visitors with a quarter of the game left to play. Zeneli himself then increased to 2-0. Häcken reduced to 2-1 in stoppage time but never got closer than that.

Elfsborg thus passes both AIK and Malmö in the table and is now third.
