Adults who are having trouble with a mobile phone, tablet or laptop can bring the device to Alunda library for help. IT technician Stellan Streiffert and librarian Elin Streiffert will try to fix simpler problems on site. If an issue is more complicated, they will advise on what to do next.
This is the fourth and final session in a four-part series of technology advice in Alunda. It is listed as a drop-in session. The event listing describes it as free and recommends it for adults.
The focus is practical help with everyday devices: visitors bring their own phone, tablet or laptop and get advice based on the problem they are facing. The event is organised by Östhammar Municipality and Veteranpoolen.
