Barnens bruk is a play area in the old mill at the heart of Lövstabruk, where children can explore on a child-sized scale. Visitors can peer into boxes in a mine, slide down to a coal heap, and look around a miniature school, blacksmith’s shop and general store. Author and illustrator Sven Nordqvist, creator of Pettson and Findus, made the setting with artist Leif Högström.

The café, Infretta Lövstabruk, serves treats at Barnens bruk.
