Totemo Ramen is a ramen shop in central Stockholm, at Sankt Eriksgatan 70. Its menu is small, with handcrafted noodles and ingredients the restaurant describes as carefully selected and organic. Visit Stockholm says the ingredients are locally produced and eco-friendly.

The menu has four ramen bowls. Tokyo Ramen is a soy-seasoned chicken and pork soup with dashi, pork chashu, fermented bamboo shoots and spring onion. Niboshi Ramen adds dried sardines to a chicken-and-pork soup. Spicy Ramen has chicken soup, miso, sesame, chilli, spring onion and pickled ginger. The vegan spicy miso bowl uses vegetable soup, mushroom dashi and marinated tofu. Pork can be replaced with tofu and mushroom mince, and gluten-free noodles are available.

The bowls cost 165–175 SEK (about $16.50–$17.50). Extras include eggs, more noodles or pork, and gluten-free noodles; these cost 20–45 SEK (about $2–$4.50). Drinks include Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, light beer and mineral water.

The restaurant is open Wednesday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00, and Saturday to Sunday from 11:30 to 15:00. Takeaway is available. It does not take reservations or pre-orders, accept cash, or offer home delivery.
