Solna Church is open to visitors every Sunday from 14:00 to 16:00, when volunteers from the group Kyrkväktarna help welcome people. The church also opens in connection with services and ceremonies. Sunday services begin at 11:00. Its walls carry medieval paintings, and the parish describes the church as a place of worship from the Middle Ages to the present. Wikidata gives its founding or opening as 1101 and lists it as heritage-protected.

The church is at Prostvägen 14 in Solna. The nearby bus stops are Karolinska vägen and Industrivägen. Beside the church are an old rectory from the 18th century and S:t Martins stall, a red timber building with rooms that can be booked for gatherings. The church grounds have served as a burial place for about 800 years, and include a cemetery, a memorial garden and a children's burial area.

A lift is available for visitors who cannot use the stairs. The parish says there are small ramps for wheelchair access to the chancel, but they are not suitable for powered wheelchairs, and recommends practising with the ramps before using them. The church has an induction loop and four portable hearing devices. Dogs and other animals are not allowed inside, except assistance animals.
