Snickars Records is a physical record shop and music event venue at Hökens gata 11 in central Stockholm. It sells second-hand vinyl in 12-inch, 7-inch and LP formats, and buys and trades records. The shop’s website says DJ Mika Snickars started it in 1995; online sales began in 2005.

The stock covers soul, funk, disco, hip hop, techno, house, jazz, pop, rock, world music and reggae. The shop also carries new records from Scandinavian and selected labels in several genres. Snickars says it adds arrivals to its shop and webshop daily. Its bargain bins, across genres, are available only in the physical shop.

Visit Stockholm says the store deals mainly in house, techno, disco, soul, funk and hip hop, and carries new releases as well as second-hand records. It also lists DJ equipment and says Snickars regularly hosts in-store releases and gigs. You can visit to browse records, or go to an in-store event.
