Skeppsbro Bageri is a café and bakery at Skeppsbron 21, down by the docks in Gamla Stan. Visit Stockholm describes it as having a view and says it makes organic bread and buns. The bakery says it is fully organic and bakes its bread with sourdough in stone ovens. The dough rests in a refrigerator for at least a day before baking.

The bakery mills all its wholegrain flour on site using two mills, a stone mill and a cyclone mill. It says freshly milled flour absorbs more water, making loaves moister, and that its gentler milling preserves more nutrition and flavour. The grains it mills come from Berte qvarn and Labans kvarn.

The café also has an ice-cream bar and a bread outlet selling frozen premium products. The outlet is open Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm. Café hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 6pm at weekends. The bakery gives its address as Tullhus 1, Skeppsbron 21, 111 30 Stockholm.
