Robin Delselius Bageri in Enskede is one of a family of bakeries built around bread, buns, cookies and pastries. Visit Stockholm describes Robin as a third-generation baker. The family tradition stretches back to his grandfather Jan Delselius, who was a baker and later head pastry chef at NK bakery. In 1986, Jan and his three children started a family bakery on Värmdö.
Robin grew up at the bakery and tried recipes there as a child. He later took on more responsibility, working with his mother, Helén. After 30 years on Värmdö, he brought the family recipes to Södermalm and opened his first bakery of his own in 2016. The Enskede café is one of the group's bakeries, alongside branches in Nacka, Kvarnholmen and Södermalm.
The bakery's handmade baked goods include bread, buns, cookies, pastries and sweets made with what its website describes as good, natural ingredients. Visit Stockholm also lists light lunches such as salads and wraps. In 2020, Robin Delselius won the Gulddraken award for best café in Stockholm.
