Ricordi

Ricordi describes its cooking as modern Italian, drawing on food from much of Italy. The restaurant makes fresh pasta daily. Its menu also includes mozzarella and burrata, tartares, lighter fish and vegetable dishes, and sourdough pizza in bianco and rosso styles, made with Italian flour and inspired by Rome.

The website’s Week 45 lunch menu lists four dishes at 199 SEK (about $19.9) each: grilled pork secreto with herb-roasted potatoes, spinach and red-wine sauce; pasta alla Norma with tomato, aubergine, basil and buffalo mozzarella; shrimp pizza with crème fraîche, grilled zucchini, garlic and chilli-marinated shrimp; and grilled-chicken salad with quinoa, pickled onion, parmesan and herb mayonnaise. The page does not say whether this menu continues after Week 45.

There is an outer dining room with a bar, an inner dining room and a private room downstairs for groups of up to about 18. The interior combines vintage Italian references with modern elements and has ceiling paintings by Swedish artist Malin Gabriella Nordin. An outdoor terrace faces Kungsträdgården, with sun from morning to evening, according to the restaurant.

Ricordi is open from 11:30 on weekdays, from noon on Saturdays and Sundays. It closes at 22:00 on Mondays and Sundays, 23:00 Tuesday to Thursday and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
