Pascal Coffee Roastery is Café Pascal’s first coffee roastery in Stockholm, with a café bar where visitors can have a cup while watching coffee being roasted. Visit Stockholm describes the space as light industrial and says it supplies freshly roasted beans to all Pascal cafés.

Pascal’s website says the roastery sources coffees that are transparent, sustainably grown and carefully handled from farm to cup. It says each coffee reflects the flavors of its origin and that coffee is freshly roasted every week. For visitors, the draw is the combination of a coffee at the bar and a view of the roasting process.

The Gävlegatan roastery is one of four Café Pascal locations in Stockholm. The others are the original café on Norrtullsgatan in Vasastan, a bakery and café on Skånegatan in Södermalm, and a smaller café on Sturegatan in Östermalm. Visit Stockholm says the family-run business began in Stockholm more than a decade ago. The roastery is its first coffee roastery in the city, with small-batch production and thoughtful sourcing.
