Drop Coffee is a café and independent specialty coffee roastery on Wollmar Yxkullsgatan 10 in Stockholm. Its focus is coffee sourced directly and transparently from producers, then roasted in small batches at its Stockholm roastery. Visit Stockholm lists the café as serving organic and fair-trade coffee.

The roastery says it has roasted in small batches on a Diedrich IR-25 since 2013. Its coffees are light to medium roasted and suited to different brewing methods. The stated aim is a clear cup in which the coffee’s origin comes through, with acidity and sweetness emphasized. Flavours vary by origin: some coffees are described as acidic and juicy, others as creamy and chocolatey.

Drop says some of its producer partnerships have lasted more than 10 years. It says all the coffees it sources have an SCA cupping score of at least 86, and that it publishes the FOB prices paid. The café has a silver medal in the World Roasting Championships, according to its website. Visit Stockholm describes it as a two-time Barista Cup winner. For visitors, the draw is coffee whose sourcing and roasting approach are part of the offering.
