Pang Pang Taproom is a small bar at Pang Pang Brewery in Hökarängen, south of Stockholm. The brewery makes IPA, stout and lager, and the taproom serves its beer with ice slush and dumplings. Its listed opening pattern is Friday to Sunday in spring and summer. That is outside the stated season this week, in early November, so the listing gives no opening days for now.

The taproom opened in summer 2021. Pang Pang says it began in 2010, when founder Fredrik Tunedal was 25, with the aim of starting Stockholm’s first microbrewery. The brewery puts experimentation in the brewing process at the centre of its approach. One example is PangPang Bongwater, an imperial stout made using a fermenter rebuilt as a bong, with cigars smoked through the wort. Visit Stockholm describes Pang Pang as one of the first microbreweries to gain traction during Sweden’s beer renaissance of the 2010s. When the taproom is in season, visitors can drink its beer and order dumplings at the brewery. Pang Pang also runs a restaurant in Hornstull that Visit Stockholm says is open all year.
