Lu is a family-owned Stockholm restaurant serving spicy Cantonese specialties shaped by Hong Kong’s food influences. Meals are served family style, with small plates for the table to share. Menu examples include wontons, whiteleg shrimp and Chinese broccoli.

The Stockholm branch opened in summer 2024. Lu began in Malmö in 2019, where it quickly became one of the city’s most talked-about restaurants. Visit Stockholm’s Swedish listing says it was among Malmö’s hardest restaurants at which to get a table. The listing also describes the Stockholm branch as one of the most talked-about places around Nytorget after it opened.

The Swedish listing names kailan, or Chinese broccoli, and vannamei shrimp among the dishes. Visit Stockholm’s English description calls the shrimp whiteleg shrimp. The meal is presented as a selection of small plates for the whole table to share, with Cantonese specialties and Hong Kong influences at the centre of the menu.
