Lek Mer’s Pampas base is at dock A in Pampas Marina, Solna. From there, paddlers enter Ulvsundasjön. Routes include Karlbergskanalen towards Stockholm City Hall, Bällstaån, Lillsjön and a circuit around Kungsholmen. Longer outings can head towards Drottningholm and the islands of Lake Mälaren.

Staff can help match a kayak to your body, experience and planned route, and give advice based on the day’s weather and wind. They also go through the equipment and the basics of getting out on the water. Prices are starting prices per person; the booking page shows the current price and any extras before you book.

At this time of year, the venue is in its low season, from October to April, and is open by advance booking only. In May and September, it lists weekend hours of 10:00 to 20:00; weekdays are open in good weather and for advance online bookings. From June through August, it lists daily hours of 10:00 to 20:00. The venue says it may decline a booking because of safety conditions.

The nearest metro station is Västra skogen on the blue line. From there, walk downhill towards the marina, turn right and then right again, and follow the road to the dock. Drivers can use the Pampas visitor car park and follow the road into the marina, keeping right for dock A.
