LEK MER, Eden Kayak & SUP rents kayaks and stand-up paddleboards from its dock at Smedsudden, in the bay below Rålambshovsparken. From there, paddlers can head around Långholmen and Reimersholme or try a circuit around Kungsholmen. Visit Stockholm also describes routes past Stockholm City Hall and through the Långholm channel.

Staff help visitors choose equipment, explain the essentials and suggest routes based on available time, experience and conditions on the water. The centre says it can also offer advice on technique and safety. The booking page shows current prices and available times; prices shown there are starting prices per person, with the current price and any extras displayed before booking. No set visit length is given, so time on the water depends on the booking.

This week, in November, the centre is in its low season and is open by advance booking only. From May through September, opening arrangements vary: in June, July and August it is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00; in May and September, it is open on weekends from 10:00 to 20:00, and on weekdays in good weather and for advance online bookings. The centre says it may decline a booking because of safety conditions. To get there, follow the footpath towards Eden restaurant, then turn left towards the kayak. The nearest bus stop is Västerbroplan; the nearest metro stations are Fridhemsplan, Thorildsplan and Hornstull.
