Kafé Plattan is a 100% vegan café inside Kulturhuset at Sergels Torg in central Stockholm. The café serves fika and light meals, including sandwiches, wraps, salads, soup and bowls. Its baked goods include semla, cinnamon buns, cheesecakes and pies. The café says its food is mostly organic and that it makes and bakes everything in-house, including sourdough bread, pesto, kimchi, dressings and desserts. Visit Stockholm also lists plant-based meat dishes among the offerings, and places the café on Kulturhuset’s lowest level. It describes the atmosphere as casual and friendly.

Outside summer, the listed hours are 11:00 to 19:30 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 to 17:00 on Sunday. During summer, the hours are shorter: 11:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 to 16:00 on Sunday. The address is Sergels Torg 3, inside Kulturhuset. The café says it lists food on Karma as part of its approach to food waste.
