JumpYard Heron City is an indoor trampoline park in Stockholm, with trampolines, climbing walls, a ninja course, foam pits and dodgeball, according to Visit Stockholm. JumpYard’s own site also lists a SkyRider and says visitors can practise flips in the foam pits or try new tricks. It describes activities for both young and old, from beginners to daredevils.

The activities range from jumping and climbing to challenges for groups. JumpYard lists a three-event challenge, a five-event challenge and team-building activities for colleagues. It also offers group activities for friends and children’s birthday parties. Visitors can jump on the trampolines, climb the walls, ride the SkyRider, tackle the ninja course and play dodgeball.

Because the park is indoors, Visit Stockholm says it offers a place for physical activity even when it is pouring outside. The activity descriptions include options for individual visitors and groups, from trying tricks to taking on a challenge together.
