Hornstulls bokhandel is at Bergsunds strand 32 in Hornstull, a neighbourhood of Södermalm. Its shelves include fiction, non-fiction and children’s books, along with gift books and titles from small and medium-sized publishers. Visit Stockholm also lists graphic novels among the selection. A small antiquarian section has children’s literature, classics, poetry and novels.

The shop hosts author talks, and Visit Stockholm describes an art gallery alongside the bookstore that holds exhibitions. The programme changes, so check what is scheduled before planning a visit. The bookshop is run by Verbal publishing house, which says it publishes 20 titles a year.
