Gastropol brings together a bistro, deli and rooftop bar at Torsplan in Stockholm, inside the Fenix Sthlm conference facility. The bistro serves lunch on weekdays. Visit Stockholm describes a menu that ranges from steak tartare and oven-baked salmon to katsusando and chirashi sushi. It says the kitchen uses organic, local and sustainable ingredients; Gastropol says a large share of its ingredients are organic and sustainable.

The deli serves breakfast, sandwiches, salads, home-baked pizzas and freshly brewed coffee. Visit Stockholm says bread and pastries are made on site in the bakery. Gastropol lists deli hours as Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, and bistro hours as Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 14:00.

The rooftop bar is available to booked parties for meetings, mingling and after-work drinks, with drinks and snacks. Visit Stockholm says it frequently has DJs and has a view over Hagastaden. Gastropol also suggests combining a conference in the building’s Fenix meeting rooms with lunch in the bistro and an after-work gathering upstairs.
