Thirteen photographers, aged 17 to 85, show images connected to Södermalm and Slussen in “Nuances of Södermalm,” the first exhibition in PLANKET Stockholm’s “Nuances of Stockholm” series. The photographers chose the images they wanted to show. Their work spans different eras and viewpoints, with interpretations of the area’s people and places. Together, the images reflect how Södermalm and Slussen have looked and been lived in across generations.
The curated exhibition extends PLANKET’s photography beyond its outdoor exhibition near Vitabergsparken, which takes place each August. This display is on the blue plank along Slussbrogatan by Katarinahissen, down towards Guldbron. From Slussen metro station, use the exit towards Ryssgården.
