GLÖD Vildmarkskök offers outdoor cooking events, courses and meals cooked over a fire. For a three-course menu, a group walks a short way beside a lake to meet a wilderness chef. Seasonal ingredients may include mushrooms, berries, herbs, wild boar and fish. The meal is served at a set table inside a tipi. The evening can end with a wood-fired sauna and a swim in a small forest lake. The site says visitors may be lucky enough to see a beaver at sunset.

Glöd Bakfickan serves lunch in the forest. Its Nordic slow-food options include flatbread rolls with locally sourced wild-boar sausage, homemade potato purée and homemade accompaniments. The menu may also include waffles, cinnamon buns, hot chocolate and coffee boiled over a fire. Occasional fire events have served food such as pancakes and elk chilli.

Courses cover cooking on a camping stove, lighting a fire without matches and baking bread on a muurikka. There are also outdoor-cooking courses for chefs and educators. Groups can book a forest menu or an event at a location they choose. GLÖD also describes an event with Äventyrsbanan in Nacka, where a meal by the lake follows a course among the treetops. The site directs visitors to Facebook and Instagram for current course dates and prices.
