Centralbadet is closed for renovations at its Stockholm bathhouse during 2026, with work scheduled to run through the year. Visitors cannot use the pools, Roman bathing and sauna area, sun terrace, gym, yoga studio or restaurant at the site while it is closed. The venue describes its facilities as covering 3,500 square metres.

The bathhouse is in an art nouveau building with a courtyard dating to 1909, according to Visit Stockholm. Centralbadet says it has been a place for relaxation and wellbeing for more than 120 years. Its website lists massage, facial and body treatments, and therapeutic baths among its services.

Treatments are continuing at new premises at Engelbrektsgatan 5. Centralbadet says appointments have been available there since 9 March 2026, with booking through its website. The renovation means the bathing facilities are not an option this week; the treatments are the way to visit Centralbadet during the closure.
