Hagastrand Spa is part of the Hagastrand spa hotel by Brunnsviken, near central Stockholm. The spa has a pool, hammam, herbal sauna and Nordic sauna, along with a snow room and rooms for sound, light and frequency experiences. Its architecture uses rounded forms and natural elements.

Visitors can move between social areas and quieter spaces, explore heat and cold, or follow a guided experience at their own pace. Guided sauna sessions are offered, as are experiences in the Frequency Room and Gongmatic Room. Admission is for guests aged 16 and over.

Hagastrand also has a gym and classes focused on strength, movement, yoga and recovery. A separate wellness suite includes a changing room, lounge, sauna, steam room and contrast therapy; treatments, activities, food and drink can be arranged for a visit. Hagaparken and Brunnsviken are just outside. The hotel’s restaurant serves seasonal dishes with views of the water, in a natural setting.
