Nämdö archipelago national park covers islands, skerries and coves in the Baltic Sea. Most of its area is sea, and the park is divided across about 1,000 islands, skerries and smaller rocks. It is Sweden’s first marine national park in the Baltic Sea. The main entrance is on Bullerö.
Visitors can hike along cliffs and watch birdlife moving between the islands. The shallow coves and deeper mussel banks are described as areas full of life. The park was established in 2025. Before that, the area included the Bullerö and Långviksskär nature reserves. A smaller area on Långviksskär remains a nature reserve, surrounded by the national park.
The information available describes the park’s geography and nature, but gives no visit duration, prices or seasonal opening dates. It also does not give details about transport to Bullerö or facilities in the park. The material therefore does not set out how long a visit takes or what visitors should budget for. The park’s islands, cliffs, coves and marine habitats are the features it describes for visitors to explore.
