Yoga Trädgård in Röksta, Roslagsbro, Norrtälje, runs Yinyoga med Soundhealing on Tuesdays through 15 December. The class begins with yin yoga, a quiet form built around still poses held for longer periods. Cushions and blankets help participants find positions that suit their bodies. The session makes room to notice physical sensations, ease tension and settle attention in the present. It ends with a period of rest accompanied by tones and vibrations from gongs and singing bowls. The organiser presents the class as a pause in everyday life, with time to slow down, recover and simply be during autumn.
