Yin and Restorative Yoga with Gong and Sound Journey is a 2.5-hour session at Yoga Trädgård in Norrtälje. It alternates Yin and restorative yoga, using soft, slow poses that give the body time to let go and participants a chance to settle into themselves. The class ends with a sound journey: participants rest to tones and vibrations from gongs, singing bowls and other sound instruments. The organiser describes this as a pause with no need to perform or do anything, just to rest and receive the sounds. The session is centred on recovery, presence and deep rest. Everything needed for the class is available at Yoga Trädgård.
