Mjukyoga med Soundhealing is a gentle yoga class at Yoga Trädgård in Röksta, Roslagsbro, in Norrtälje. The autumn series is under way and continues on Mondays through December. The class moves at a calm pace, with soft, responsive movements and attention to the breath. The organiser says it is for people looking for a gentler form of yoga and a moment of care for body and mind, without pressure to perform. Participants are invited to release tension, connect with the body and settle into the present. Each class ends with an extended rest accompanied by tones and vibrations from gongs and singing bowls. The format pairs movement with a period of quiet recovery.
