Lessebo Hand Paper Mill is in a stone building from 1897 on the grounds of Lessebo’s larger paper mill. The mill received the right to make paper in 1719. Today, it makes paper using rags as the raw material, forming the sheets by hand. Production is often visible to visitors, according to Visit Sweden.

Its listed hours during that season are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm; it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and on Midsummer’s Eve. The website also invites visitors to take a guided tour.
