Destination Möckeln is a campsite and motorhome park on Lake Möckeln, just outside central Älmhult. It has pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents, with showers, toilets, fresh water, electricity hookups and a waste disposal station nearby. The site faces west across the lake, where the evening sun reflects on the water.

A sandy beach with jetties and bathing piers sits beside the campsite. Visitors can swim, fish and use nearby nature trails and reserves. The site’s location also puts restaurants, shopping and events in central Älmhult within walking or cycling distance. Nearby attractions include the IKEA Museum, described by Visit Sweden as the world’s only IKEA Museum, and the countryside around Lake Möckeln.

The campsite is family-owned and was being prepared for an opening summer after work began in autumn 2025. The area previously had a campsite with more than 200 pitches, a tennis court and a dance floor; it closed around the turn of the millennium. The venue’s website invites visitors to book a stay and links to prices for pitches.
