Bolmens camping is between seasons now. Its website says the 2026 season has ended and gives the next opening dates as April 30 to October 24, 2027. The campsite is in Bolmen, in southern Småland, beside Lake Bolmen.

The site has five equipped cottages, 50 camping places and 40 places with electricity. Canoes, kayaks, rowing boats and bicycles are available to hire. Visitors can go fishing, paddle among Lake Bolmen’s 365 islands or follow routes including Lagaleden, Bolmen runt and the Banvallsleden cycle trail.

Bookings are by email to info@bolmen.com. The campsite is about 20 kilometres from the E4 at Ljungby and about 60 kilometres from the nearest railway station, in Alvesta. The website gives the distance from Halmstad as about 60 kilometres and from Helsingborg as about 130 kilometres. It says the drive takes less than an hour from Halmstad and about 1.5 hours from Helsingborg. Buses run from Helsingborg several times a day; bus 146 from Ljungby runs Monday to Friday.
